Graphic Associates recently celebrated another year during their annual Customer Appreciation Event. With over 150 customers attending, it was a very successful and well attended event.See More/Less
As the exclusive dealer for Mitsubishi Imaging and Braden Suptin Ink in the DFW metroplex, customers love the opportunity that Graphic Associates provides during this annual event, where they can meet with the vendors and discuss the products and new options to make their print shops more efficient. Graphic Associates wants it's customers to always have access to the professionals who can benefit their business.
As Graphic Associates grows and expands throughout the southwest region, they continue to put customer service as their number one priority, so it is no great surprise that they were celebrating over 30 years of business. While Graphic only started hosting the customer appreciation events 4 years ago, they've been showing their appreciation to their customers since that very first day!
Patrick Pope, the president, contributes their continued success to providing an unprecedented type of customer service in their market. When the product is on the shelf at Graphic Associates' Dallas location, same day delivery is usually the norm; it's no wonder customers are loyal to Graphic Associates!
The customers who enjoy this kind of attention also know the yearly routine - they start asking for those great calendars Graphic gives away about October and as soon as spring rolls around everyone has that calendar out to mark the date of the Graphic Associates Customer Appreciation Event. Don't miss out on your calendar this year and don't miss the 2014 celebration next year!

Co. (IP), the world's largest maker of office paper, is in talks about
combining its xpedx unit with Bain Capital's Unisource Worldwide Inc. to form
the biggest distributor of office and copier paper.
"It's a significant move by International Paper to create value with a unit that has underperformed its cost of capital," Joshua Zaret, a New York-based analyst at Longbow Research LLC, said today by telephone. "With about $10 billion of combined revenue, IP is betting that synergies from a merger will generate greater returns than from continuing to restructure xpedx."
Unisource, based in Norcross, Georgia, is closely held and is "one of the largest independent distributors and marketers of more than 150,000 national and private-label products" in North America, according to its website. The company is majority owned by Boston-based Bain, according to a separate statement from Unisource.
"International Paper's been trying to resurrect xpedx and make some money for a while," Paul Quinn, a Vancouver-based analyst at RBC Capital Markets, said today by telephone. "They've made progress, but they're clearly looking at other ways to boost profitability." xpedx's operating profit fell 17 percent last year to $71 million on sales of $6.04 billion, according to a presentation on International Paper's website.
