Kodak CEO to
Step Down in 2014; Company to Re-Emerge in September
This will enable Kodak at emergence from Chapter 11 to fund its Plan of Reorganization, and repay its secured creditors under its existing Debtor-in-Possession loan facilities and second lien notes.
Kodak has maintained it expects to wrap up its bankruptcy before the end of September and tentatively anticipates that emergence date to be September 3.
