Dear DC,
I have worked in the graphic
business for 50 years as a purchasing agent and in inventory control. I had 26
years with one company and am on my 24th years with CoBe Graphic Supplies,
Inc.I have never seen customer service as bad as it is presently.
When you call a business you get
voice mail, they give you the hours of operation and when they will be going to
lunch. They ask you to leave a message and they will return your call. The
return call may be the same day, the next day or not at all.The backorder
situation is dismal.
Maybe the owners should try and
reinvent customer service to the way it was a few years ago.
