Roland DGA Announces
Major Changes To Its Executive Management Team
Roland DGA Corp. has announced major changes to its executive management team.
Effective Jan. 1, 2013, Rick Scrimger, formerly Vice President of Sales and
Marketing of Roland DGA, will replace current Roland DGA President Dave Goward,
who has been appointed President of Worldwide Sales and Executive Officer for
Goward will continue with Roland DGA through
the remainder of 2013 as Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic guidance.
Scrimger, as President of Roland DGA, will be responsible for the day-to-day
management of the company and providing critical market insight to Roland DG's
product development team.
Ursula Burns Wins 2013
Ursula Burns, chairman and CEO of Xerox, has been named the recipient of the
2013 Prism Award, presented by the advisory board of the NYU School of
Continuing and Professional Studies (NYU-SCPS) Graphic Communications
Management and Technology graduate program.
Timothy Keran Of
Western Graphics Honored For Commitment To Continuous Improvement
Timothy Keran, CEO and owner of Western Graphics, is the inaugural recipient of
Printing Industries of America's "Managing for Improvement" Award.
The award is bestowed upon a manager in the printing industry who has
demonstrated the ability to create real and lasting improvement for his or her

variety of nominations received nationwide. His nominator lauded his success at
creating a culture that has inspired Western Graphics employees to share their
knowledge and creativity.
In the last five years, the company has
completed more than 2,000 employee-initiated projects and demonstrated striking
improvements in rework, lost-time accidents, and sales per employee. At monthly
all-staff meetings Keran reviews finances, shares team-by-team results, and

conversations with each employee. Keran also instituted a profit sharing plan
that rewards employees for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Western Graphics is a 50-employee commercial printing company in St. Paul,
Minnesota. The company is a six-time recipient of Printing Industries of
America's "Best Workplace in the Americas" Award.
Bieger As Eastern Territory Sales Manager

Promotion Of Diannah Perez
Diannah Perez has been promoted to Controller for Sakurai's North American
operations. The announcement was made March 5th by Greg Friesser, General
Manager, Sakurai USA, Inc. Perez, who was previously Accounting Manager, will
have increased responsibility for management of all financial procedures and
systems, accounts payables, receivables, billings, and collections in addition
to supporting customer service for Sakurai offset and screen press systems.
"Diannah Perez has been an integral part
of the Sakurai team since joining the company twelve years ago. We are pleased
to recognize her contributions and dedication to Sakurai's success with this
promotion", Friesser said.

The AIMED Hall of Fame, an exclusive group of long time industry leaders, is
proud to welcome its newest member - Henry Sanders. Henry recently retired from
Memphis Communications after a long and very successful career. Henry owned and
operated Mail Technology, an independent dealership in Memphis, TN.
Henry has been a member of AIMED for many
years, serving multiple terms on the Board of Directors, including two terms as
AIMED President. His calm leadership style along with his vision for the
industry helped AIMED to have a significant impact on the mailing industry and
the success of the independent dealer channel.

Pawlowski as Account Manager
Des Plaines Office Equipment (DPOE), the Chicago area's leading provider of
