Daudelin Receives Toshiba "Top Tech" Award

solutions announced that Technician Chris Daudelin of Douglas, MA is the
recipient of a Toshiba Top Tech Award for his outstanding performance during a
recent Toshiba training course held in Parsippany, NJ.See More/Less

Offset Press Technician Is Now Chairman of Picon
Manufacturers And Dealers/Distributors In The U.K.
Bob Usher, managing director of Apex Digital Graphics, is a bit of an
inspiration. Having started his career in print in the mid 1960's as a small
offset press technician, he has worked his way through the industry to become
the elected Chairman of Picon, the UK association of print industry
manufacturers and suppliers.See More/Less
Usher has worked in the printing industry since
1966. He started as a technician with Rotaprint, then joined AM Multigraphics,
followed by Itek Graphic Products.
He also aims to broaden the membership of
Picon, with a particular focus on attracting new members from the digital and

The Board of Directors of INX International Ink Co. appoint three VPs to the
executive team. Michael Brice is now the VP of offset operations for the
facilities at Dunkirk, NY and West Chicago, IL. Bill Giczkowski is VP of
information technology. He manages both the IT and customer service departments
in Schaumberg, IL. James Kochanny is VP of liquid operations for the facilities
located in Appleton, WI, Homewood IL, and the Mason Avenue operation in
Names Paul Filippelli as National Sales Manager
Drytac®, an international manufacturer of adhesive-coated products, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Filippelli to the Drytac®
Canada team as National Sales Manager. Filippelli's hiring comes on the heels
of Drytac®'s recent acquisition of Multi-Tac Inc., a Toronto-based adhesive

Previously employed with Multi-Tac as Vice
President of Sales, Filippelli has extensive knowledge of industrial and
specialty label coatings as well as custom and contract coating for the graphic
and sign industry.
In his new role, Filippelli will be responsible
for the sales and marketing efforts of the combined Drytac® and Multi-Tac
Group in Canada.
"During Paul's tenure at Multi-Tac, he
established business relationships, developed strategic growth plans and
increased sales in the graphics and signage market through value-added
services," notes Richard Kelley, Drytac® Chairman & CEO.

Goodbye and Good Luck
Recently NPES celebrated Kip Smythe's 33 years with that organization and, at
the same time, said farewell, not goodbye, as Kip heads out to another chapter
of his life and rides off to his beloved Arizona home, where he will continue
to work as a consultant to the industry and to the organization that he helped
to shape, mold and influence.
New Faces At
Kate Dunn has joined InfoTrends as director of the Business Development
Strategies (BDS) service. Charlie Corr has rejoined the company as group
director of it's Enterprise Document Strategy Services.
