Bay Copy Celebrates 40th Anniversary; Company Honored By MA legislature, South Shore Chamber (MA) At Open House
Bay Copy, a leading provider of digital document solutions, celebrated its 40th anniversary this month with an Open House that included presentations by the Massachusetts Legislature and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

Nearly 100 people turned out for the Open House held at Bay Copy headquarters. Ray Belanger, President/CEO, thanked the crowd for their support and credited his father, Ray Belanger, Sr., who started the company in 1972 and ran it for the first twenty years before transitioning ownership to his son, with the strong drive, work ethic and know-how to build a business. Ray Belanger, Sr. and his wife, Barbara, were among the guests at the event.

MyBinding.com Partners With ACCO Brands And SYNNEX In New Distribution Agreement
MyBinding.com announced today their partnership with ACCO Brands (NYSE:ABD) and SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX) to distribute the commercial line of GBC binding and laminating products. This new partnership will provide MyBinding national distribution rights for the entire line of GBC equipment and supplies. SYNNEX Corporation will provide supply chain and order management systems as part of the agreement.

MyBinding.com is a longtime partner of ACCO and also worked with General Binding Corporation before the two companies merged in 2005. Since the merger, MyBinding.com has had an alliance with ACCO to distribute brands such as Swingline, Quartet, Wilson Jones, and GBC office products. This recent agreement expands their product offering to provide additional access to GBC commercial binding and laminating equipment as well as wide format laminating film.

New President Elected To Head Dealer Group Of Nearly 50 Of The Most Successful And Innovative Dealers In The United States
Chip Miceli, president of Des Plaines Office Equipment (DPOE), of Palatine, IL was elected to a term as President of the Select Dealer Group (SDG), a national trade organization of industry peers whose membership draws from leading office product/service dealers across the country with a goal of benchmarking their industry and sharing best practices.

In this capacity, Miceli will work with the Board of Directors of this national organization to assist in its continued growth and visibility, and in shaping the objectives of the group. SDG began with 10 founding members and has nearly 50 of the most successful and innovative dealers in the United States.

Miceli has worked with some of the members of SDG on print management, an area where he is viewed as an industry expert, and he expects that one of the next sweeping changes across the industry will be with Managed Network Services (incorporating IT into the menu of services that equipment/office product dealers offer).

Sales Manager Appointed At RJ Young
Ben Morrow has been appointed Canon Team Sales Manager for the Huntsville, AL office. "We are fortunate that we are growing in the Huntsville area and have the opportunity to promote from within," said Chip Crunk, President and CEO of RJ Young Company.
